Monday- was our mostly at home day...tv, computer, Wii, then we hit the library and went to play at the park (hooray for nice weather!)
Tuesday - was our visit to the Royal Alberta Museum. There we enjoyed looking at a few exhibits about our natural surroundings, Alberta Wilds and Robert Munsch. The kids also got to participate in a sock puppet story and craft all themed around the Munsch exhibit. We packed up our own lunch, but on the way out we did stop by the gift shop and each picked out a treat.
Wednesday - Spencer joined us for a day at WEM. Cheaper than Disneyland and closer. Then kids had a blast at Galaxyland. Megan was brave enough to go on some new big kid rides by herself and she joined Evan on a few rides as well. Aaron got to experience a few rides too; the train, and hot air balloons. He was mostly exicted for all the movement and flashing lights and sounds....We enjoyed lunch at the food court then back for more rides. Megans new favorite ride was the Swing of the Century. We then wandered the mall for a few minutes...and Megans good eyes spotted a store that had Webkins on sale...so generous dad bought them each a new one. It was a fun, full day.
Spring break is only half over and I'm exhausted. We'll move from those activities to running more errands and getting ready for Easter.....Hoppy Easter and April Fools Day!
